Equipments:

Per head , 200 grams mutton
Wheat flour, 80 grams
Head onion, 1 pcs
Melted butter, 25 grams
Egg,1 number
Yoghurt, 50 grams
Salt, pepper

Prepare:

put soft mutton and  onion (cropped )mix them together.
add salt, pepper to  it .
dough consist of  Salt, water ,flour   and knead.
 Circles cut  diameter withmouth of the glass in the 5 cm


 put  ready meat  middle of the same circles.
 wrap up then.
Dropped viper prepared with this rule and cook  viper prepared with/by this rule to inside of the broth.
