
The composition of the
1 kg of strawberries or raspeberry
1 kg of sugar
1 spoon of lemon juice
Preparation
Fruits are small - small cut. after fruit add. After 5 hours cook. Add sugar into the water when we face. We then add the lemon juice.Stir gently to distribute the fruit, then pour into warm sterilised jars. Put waxed discs on straight away, cover with lids or cellophane circles, then seal, label and wipe the jars. Keeps for 6 months in a cool dry cupboard.
