Equipments: 
30 grams wheat flour per head
80 grams potato
20 grams unsalted fresh butter
onion
Salt, pepper
Prepare:
Flour  sifted at first. Water and salt has added then, dough . Dough spreads 1 mm in the thickness and we are lack  in the longish form. After peel  potato then and we  cut in the longish form, we cook in the broth. We are mule onion redden then and we pour noodles. We sow salt and pepper to on  at the end.
